Lodging Receipt (needs to display your name and payment method) If sharing a room, request a folio with your name and the payment method shown clearly

Incidental and meals if funding is available (needs to display your name and payment method) This includes parking, tolls, taxi & baggage handling fees. Meals are reimbursed at a flat rate.
